Thoroughly enjoyed the noodle salad, fried chicken sliders and kimchi fried rice. Beer tasted great too! They were out of scallops the day I went but I hope to try it next time since it sounded so simple yet delicious. Kids liked the beef sliders but the sliders were so juicy they left behind a large puddle of soup on their plates...not sure what caused the excess moisture (maybe the sauce or onions or meat itself?) but it was a little much. Husband ordered the loco moco. I wasn't crazy about it, only order this dish if you want the meat patty to taste sweet or your favorite thing ever is bulgogi.

My husband and I love coming here. We usually go on Sundays for brunch and pop over to Trader Joe's after to do our weekly grocery shopping. I believe it's a family run business, if not they give that atmosphere with how kind and welcoming they are, they always recognize us and are just so incredibly attentive and nice. The Kimchi biscuits with the cinnamon butter are the most unlikely flavor combo that will blow your mind and the bottomless mimosas are a major perk. My husband raves about the bibimbap and I really like the Ranch Egg (their version of huevos rancheros) that's really good with the spicy pork! Highly recommend!

Perfect little hidden gem in Toluca Lake. No line, very calm atmosphere, and great service. The food was also excellent! My partner ordered the Katsu burger with fries and he said it was one of the best he's had. It didn't make him feel icky even though it was fried. Everything tasted very fresh. My vegan taco salad was super yummy and fresh as well. I feel like it could have used some sort of heavier protein alongside quinoa crumbles.... and maybe even a vegan cheese crumble! But nonetheless, it was very good. We waited only about 10-15 minutes for our food to come out! I would come here again.

Charming and cozy restaurant with friendly staff and an amazing selection of food. I ordered the beef sliders, salmon carpaccio, and kimchi fried rice and loved all three. The beef sliders were delightful with each bite, and the combination of caramelized onions, tender beef patty, and sauce were so yummy. The salmon carpaccio was nice and fresh and paired well with the sauce. The kimchi fried rice was flavorful, though a bit on the sweet side with the bulgogi as a topping. Still enjoyed it though! Definitely coming back again to try out more of their menu!

This was my third visit to Hungry Crowd and first time for lunch. I've been for brunch and dinner in the past. It's self-seating with a dog-friendly patio. The service was accomodating, appreciative, and attentive. We had the Fried Chicken Sandwich with salad and Galbi Burger (Angus) with fries. Both dishes were light, satisfying, and extremely delicious.

Cozy little place with several tables. They have a couple outside in front. - Kimchi Biscuits 2.1/5 Thought the biscuit was dry with little kimchi flavor. The sweet cinnamon butter was VERY good though. - Skirt Steak 3.7/5 Thought the steak was chewy, with little flavor. The chimichurri was flavorful and the brussel sprouts were VERY good. - Rose Pasta 4.2/5 You can definitely taste the crab! It's not as creamy as you think. They give a lot of sauce. Really really good. Wish they gave some sort of garlic bread on the side to soak up all that yummy crab sauce! Street parking... it's pretty bad during dinner time.

This place blew me away! Everything tasted sooo fresh. We got the kale salad with salmon and arugula salad with salmon. The red wind vinaigrette with savory and tangy and rest pulled the flavors of the salad together with the cucumbers, onions and olives. The grilled salmon was also perfectly cooked. The kimchi biscuit was a burst of flavors and deliciously tender. We also got a waffle which was nicely crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cinnamon butter really enhanced the waffle aswell. All of the servers and hosts were incredibly helpful and sweet. We will definitely be coming back! I'm extremely happy with my first experience here.

Wow! This place is great! And right next to Trader Joe's, even better lol I came on a Saturday brunch hour. It's definitely busy but I was able to get seated on a timely manner. For food, we got the chicken dumplings and I got the Ranch eggs. My partner got the bibimbap. I enjoyed my Ranch Eggs. It was a light but filling meal. Eggs were cooked just right. The chicken dumplings had a nice soup broth so it did burn my tongue a bit. Service was good. They were on refills and very kind, generous folks. I will say, I think it's a little overpriced for what's given but the quality is there so it's a nice treat. Oh last thing. Parking, well, I parked somewhere where I would have been towed if I stayed longer but hey you do what you have to do (nervous face) Stop by if you haven't had the chance lol

Stopped by for a quick bite before checking out the Halloween decor in the neighborhood and am definitely planning to come back to try more! We got the kimchi biscuits, pork ribs, and since it was Tuesday we tried a few of their tacos. The spicy pork taco and the pork ribs were the highlights! The kimchi biscuits were unique but I wish it had a stronger kimchi flavor.

Service was great and food was tasty! Visited here on a weekday lunch and there were a few other parties but plenty of tables available. We got to choose the place to sit so we decided on an outdoor table next to some cute plants. My friend and I ordered the soft shell crab burger, katsu sandwich, and dirty fries with bulgogi to share. Soft shell crab sandwich $19: Delicious and both of our favorites based on what we ordered. So fresh and the crab had the perfect crunch. The tartar sauce was yummy and not overpowering. Katsu burger $16: I ate this burger last and it was surprisingly still crunchy! Very filling but a little heavy with all the breading and bun. Dirty fries $10 + $4 for bulgolgi add on: Served in a little skillet. They were tasty but slightly smaller portion than expected. The bulgogi and kimchi were a yummy combo. Only drawback was the parking! We had to circle a few times to find a spot or could have opted for a slightly further walk if we parked in the neighborhood. Be sure to read the parking signs though!!
